ABOUT US

Tyler Levs and Joliet4 are independent singer/songwriters and live music streamers. Tyler lives in Maine and Joliet is in Missouri. They met in the final round of an online vocal competition in 2019 on Twitch, where they performed for hundreds of viewers. Joliet won.

They became avid fans of each other’s music, supporting and encouraging one another on social media and during live streams.

At TwitchCon 2019, a convention for live streamers, they met for the first time in person and sang together in a busy hallway at the San Diego convention center (and got in trouble for using a door as a drum).

After TwitchCon, Joliet sent Tyler a song idea. They began writing through emails and video chats, experimenting with genres and production. They released Caught Up (Let Me In) in 2020 and Let’s Begin in 2021.

Careful to prioritize their family commitments and solo careers, Tyler and Joliet have taken nearly 4 years to carve out room for an official partnership. But during a road trip to SXSW in 2023, they saw how fun (and much easier) it was to write together in person, and they’ve decided to fully dive in and see what they can do as a duo.

They are currently traveling back and forth between New England and the Midwest (and of course still meeting on Zoom), to write their first album. Focusing on an acoustic project, they are currently releasing singles on all major streaming platforms.

In addition, they are also releasing music videos, cover songs and behind-the-scene videos on YouTube. Like, subscribe and comment to boost them in the algorithm!
